Americas Society is the premier forum dedicated to education, debate, and dialogue in the Americas. Its mission is to foster an understanding of the contemporary political, social, and economic issues confronting Latin America, the Caribbean, and Canada, and to increase public awareness and appreciation of the diverse cultural heritage of the Americas and the importance of the inter-American relationship. 

The BRICS Information Centre has, March 2012, produced its first compliance report for the BRICS grouping. It compiles similar reports for G8 and G20 processes.

The genesis of BRICS-TERN stems from the Sanya Summit of BRICS leaders, held in April 2011. The following organisations met in Shanghai in November 20911 to launch the network: Fundação Getulio Vargas (Brazil), EcoAccord (Russia), CUTS International (India), Shanghai WTO Affairs Consultation Center (China) and South African Institute of International Affairs (South Africa).

Emerging - or developing - markets include large economies such as the "BRICs" - Brazil, Russia, India and China - and small- to medium-sized economies, such as Vietnam and South Africa. Brookings scholars examine emerging economies in detail and provide recommendations on how to adjust and capitalize on the growth of new economic powers.

The CCP-AU was established to support African civil society to popularise and integrate key African Union policy standards and legal instruments in national laws, policies and programmes that promote good governance, gender equality, and the realisation of basic economic, political, social and cultural rights, as well as the rights of marginalised groups. It also aims at coordinating, facilitating and encouraging the participation of African civil society organisations in the African Union organs and institutions.
